If you’re involved with more than one business on Qorelly maybe you own a restaurant and also help manage a friend’s spa you don’t need separate accounts. Each business shows up as a workspace, and you can switch between them without logging out.

How it works

When you log in, Qorelly checks which businesses you’re connected to:
  • Businesses you own show up as workspaces
  • Businesses that invited you as a team member also show up
If you’re only part of one business, Qorelly takes you straight to the dashboard. If you’re part of more than one, you’ll see a list to choose from.

The workspace picker

The workspace screen shows all the businesses you’re connected to, with:
  • The business name and logo
  • Your role at each one
  • Whether it’s active
Just tap the one you want to work with, and you’re in.

Switching between workspaces

Need to jump to a different business during your day?
  1. Open the workspace picker from the navigation
  2. Choose the business you want
  3. The dashboard reloads with that business’s data
Qorelly remembers which workspace you were using last, so when you come back next time, it opens right where you left off.

Your data stays separate

Each workspace is completely independent. Nothing crosses over:
  • Orders from one business don’t show up in another
  • Customers, menus, inventory, bookings, team members, and settings are all separate
  • Even if the same person is a customer at two of your businesses, they have separate profiles in each
This keeps everything clean and organized, no matter how many businesses you’re involved with.
