Not every business uses Qorelly the same way. A fast food counter doesn’t need the same layout as a spa, and a retail shop has different priorities than a sit-down restaurant. That’s why the app comes with seven different modes each one changes what you see and how the app is laid out.
Modes work on every device: phones, tablets, iPads, and desktop.
Picking your mode
The first time you log in, Qorelly suggests a mode based on your business type:
| Your business | Suggested mode |
|---|
| Restaurant | Full Service |
| Fast food / Cafe | Quick Service |
| Spa / Salon | Bookings |
| Retail store | Retail |
| Pharmacy | Retail |
| Hospitality | Bookings |
| Rentals | Bookings |
| Professional services | Bookings |
You can go with the suggestion or pick any mode you like. To change it later, go to More > Mode.

Switching modes
You can change your mode anytime:
- Go to More from the bottom tab bar
- Tap the mode card at the top
- Pick a new mode
- The app updates immediately
Switching modes doesn’t delete anything. All your orders, bookings, stock, and customer data stays right where it is. You’re just changing the view, not the data.
