Qorelly lets you print receipts directly from the app on your phone or tablet. You can use a Bluetooth thermal printer or, if your device has a built-in printer, it works with that too.
Receipt printing works on iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets). It’s not available on desktop at this time.

Using a Bluetooth printer

This is the most common setup. You connect a small wireless thermal printer (the kind that uses receipt paper rolls) via Bluetooth. It works with standard 58mm and 80mm paper widths.

How to set it up

1

Turn on your printer

Power it on and make sure it’s in pairing mode (usually a blinking light means it’s ready).
2

Pair it with your device

Go to your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth settings and connect to the printer.
3

Select it in Qorelly

The app automatically sees your paired Bluetooth printers. Just pick yours from the list.
4

Test it

Print a test receipt to make sure everything looks good.

Devices with built-in printers

Some Android POS devices (like Sunyard terminals) come with a receipt printer built right in. If you’re using one of these, Qorelly connects to the printer directly no Bluetooth pairing needed. It’s faster and simpler.

What’s on a receipt

Every printed receipt includes:
  • Your business logo (if you’ve uploaded one)
  • Business name and contact details
  • Order number and the date and time
  • Each item with its quantity and price
  • Subtotal, any discounts, and the total
  • Payment method cash, card, etc.
  • Who served them the staff member who processed the order

Printing a receipt

After completing an order:
  1. Open the order details
  2. Tap Print
  3. The receipt prints on your connected printer
Need to print it again later? You can reprint any receipt from the order history.

Troubleshooting

Make sure it’s powered on and paired in your device’s Bluetooth settings. Try turning the printer off and on again.
Check you’re using the right paper size (58mm or 80mm) for your printer. If the paper is old or has been stored in heat, it may not print well try a fresh roll.
Bluetooth speed depends on how far away the printer is. Move your device closer and make sure nothing is blocking the signal.
