Every time someone places an order or makes a booking, Qorelly can save their details. Over time you build up a full picture of who your customers are — what they’ve ordered, how much they’ve spent, and when they last came in.
Your customer list
Go to Customers to see everyone. At the top you’ll see a summary:
| Stat | What it means |
|---|
| Total customers | Everyone in your database |
| Active customers | Customers who have placed at least one order |
| Total revenue | Combined spend from all customers |
| Avg. spend | Average spend per customer |
Use the filter tabs to narrow down who you’re looking at:
- All — your full customer database
- Active — customers who have ordered before
- New — recently added customers
- Top Spenders — highest lifetime spend first — useful for identifying your most valuable regulars
Search by name, phone, or email to find a specific customer quickly.
Adding a customer
From the Customers page
Click Add Customer (top right).
Name is the only required field. Phone and email are optional but worth adding — phone is used for booking lookups and email is needed for marketing.
From POS (most common)
You don’t need to come to this page first. When taking an order in POS, tap Link customer in the order panel and select New customer. Fill in the details and they’re added to your database instantly.
Adding customers from POS is the fastest workflow for most businesses. Staff can capture customer details at the point of sale without interrupting the order flow.
Customer profiles
Click the arrow on any customer row to open their full profile. You’ll see:
- Name, phone, and email
- Total orders and total ₦ spent
- First visit and last visit dates
- Full order history — every order, what they had, and how they paid
- Booking history — all their reservations
- Tags and preferences
Use tags to group customers: VIP, Regular, First Timer, or any custom tag you create. You can filter your full customer list by tag, which makes it easy to find specific groups when you need them.
Exporting your customer data
Click Export CSV (top right of the customer list) to download your full customer database as a spreadsheet. Useful for importing into a marketing tool, or keeping an offline backup.
Marketing
Go to Customers > Marketing to reach out to your customers by email or SMS. Send to your full list or filter by tags to target a specific group.
Loyalty
Go to Customers > Loyalty to set up a points-based rewards system. Customers earn points with purchases and can redeem them for rewards — a straightforward way to bring people back.
