If your business has more than one branch, Qorelly lets you manage them all from a single account. Each location has its own orders, bookings, and stock but everything is connected under one roof.

Adding a location

Go to Settings > Locations and click Add Location. Fill in the details:

Picking a default

One of your locations is set as the default this is the one that loads first when you or your team log in. Make it your busiest or most important branch.

Switching between locations

There’s a location picker at the top of the dashboard. When you switch:
  • All your numbers (orders, revenue, stats) update to show that location
  • The POS, bookings, and inventory all filter to that branch
  • Any new orders or bookings you create go under the selected location

What each location gets

Every location has its own:
  • Orders and revenue
  • Bookings and reservations
  • Stock levels
  • Team assignments

Turning locations on and off

Need to temporarily close a branch? Just disable it. It disappears from the location picker, but all its data is kept safe. When you’re ready, turn it back on and everything is right where you left it. For more on how locations work across the whole platform, see Multi-Location Management.
