This is where you set up everything your business sells or offers whether that’s dishes, services, products, or medicines (it depends on your business type).

Categories

Categories help you group your items so they’re easy to find. Go to Menu > Categories to manage them.

Creating a category

  1. Click Add Category
  2. Give it a name (like “Appetizers”, “Main Course”, or “Beverages”)
  3. You can also add subcategories if you want to get more specific
  4. Set the order you want them to appear in

Subcategories

You can organize things into layers. For example:
  • Beverages (main category)
    • Hot Drinks
    • Cold Drinks
    • Smoothies

Your items

Go to Menu > Items to see and manage everything you offer.

Click Add Item and fill in what you need:

Choose where items show up

Each item can appear in different parts of Qorelly. You decide:
  • Menu Visible on your public digital menu that customers can see
  • POS Available when your team is creating orders
  • Inventory Tracked as a stock item
  • Bookings Available as something customers can book

Track your stock

If you want to keep an eye on how much of something you have left, turn on inventory tracking for that item. You can set:
  • Quantity How many you currently have
  • Reorder point When stock drops below this number, you’ll get an alert
  • Supplier Who you order it from

Turn items on and off

If something is temporarily unavailable, just toggle it off. It won’t show up in the POS or on your digital menu, but it stays in the system so you can turn it back on whenever you’re ready.

Grid view or list view

You can switch between two ways to look at your items:
  • Grid view Shows items as cards with images, great for browsing
  • List view A compact table, great for managing lots of items quickly
Qorelly remembers which view you prefer.

Import and export

Got a big menu? You don’t have to add items one by one.
  1. Click Import/Export in the toolbar
  2. Export downloads everything as a spreadsheet (CSV file)
  3. Import lets you upload a spreadsheet to add or update items in bulk
Export your menu first to see the right format, then edit the spreadsheet and re-import it. Much faster than doing it all by hand.

QR code

Want customers to see your menu on their phones? Generate a QR code:
  1. Go to Menu > QR Code
  2. Download the QR code image
  3. Print it and put it on your tables, door, receipts, or anywhere else
