Whether you have 2 staff or 200, Qorelly makes it easy to get everyone set up, give them the right access, and keep track of what’s happening.

Your team

Go to Team to see everyone who’s part of your business. For each person you can see:
  • Their name and email
  • What role they have (Owner, Manager, Cashier, etc.)
  • Their status whether they’ve been invited, are active, disabled, or have left
  • When they last logged in

Inviting someone new

Click Invite

On the Team page, click Invite Member.

Enter their email and pick a role

Type in their email address and choose what role they should have.

They get an email

An invitation lands in their inbox. They just need to click the link to join.

They're in

Once they accept, they show up as active on your team.
If someone hasn’t accepted yet, you can always resend the invitation.

Roles

Roles control what each person can see and do. Qorelly comes with these built-in:

The role names change depending on your business type. Spas get “Therapist” and “Stylist”, pharmacies get “Pharmacist”, and so on.

Create your own roles

Need something more specific? You can create custom roles:
  1. Go to the Roles section on the Team page
  2. Click Create Role
  3. Name it and pick exactly which permissions it should have

Each role gets specific permissions for each part of Qorelly:

Activity log

The Team page keeps a log of what everyone’s been doing logins, order actions, and other key events. It’s all timestamped, so you always have a clear record.

Managing your team

For each team member, you can:
  • Change their role Move them to a different role anytime
  • Set a PIN Give them a PIN code for terminal mode access
  • Disable Temporarily pause their access without removing them
  • Remove Take them off the team permanently
