Sign up

Head to qorelly.com and click Sign Up. Enter your name, email, and choose a password.You’ll get a verification email just click the link to confirm your account, and you’re ready to log in.

Set up your business

Once you log in for the first time, Qorelly will walk you through setting up your business:
  • Business name What’s your restaurant, spa, or store called?
  • Business type Pick the one that fits: Restaurant, Spa/Salon, Pharmacy, Retail, Hospitality, or Fuel Station
  • Phone number and Address
  • Logo Upload your logo if you have one (you can always add it later)
The type you choose shapes how Qorelly looks and feels the wording, the features it highlights, and the defaults it sets up for you.

Turn on the features you need

Go to Settings > Apps and choose what you want to use:
  • Menu Set up a digital menu your customers can see
  • POS Start taking and managing orders
  • Inventory Keep track of what you have in stock
  • Bookings Accept reservations and appointments
You need at least one turned on, but you can always add or remove them later.

Add your menu

Go to Menu > Categories and create your first category (like “Main Course” or “Haircuts”). Then start adding items with names, prices, descriptions, and photos.These items will show up everywhere in your POS when you’re taking orders, on your digital menu for customers, and in your inventory if you’re tracking stock.

Invite your team

Go to Team and send invitations to your staff by email. Give each person a role like Manager, Cashier, Waiter, or Chef so they only see what’s relevant to them.
